Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at the OneRepublic Official Store. We want to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed. During high-demand periods such as album releases or special events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Pre-Order Items
Items marked as "Pre-Order" will ship on or after the estimated release date listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is available, unless otherwise noted.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Please note that international delivery times can vary significantly (typically 10–21 business days) and may be affected by local customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at help@onerepublic.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
